anet should have left them "overpowered" or "broken" so that they would be chosen as much as a primary profession for teams imo.
Paragons are like the best at party protection. They can make prot monks and spirit spammer rits look weak

Paragons, in general, are argueably the greatest support character in GW. My opinion, of course. With TNTF!, GFTE!, AoF,and SY! from the warrior alliance skills-the paragon can keep alot of things from going wrong.

[skill]Aggressive refrain[/skill][skill]Disrupting Throw[/skill][skill]Cruel Spear[/skill] with the 4 shouts, and team life in PvE becomes interesting.

Skill #8 is optional. Res or whatever you like.

Paragons are awesome!

Every profession has a role anywhere in the game if the team designs that player into that roll is what matters.
